Prepare the chicken by slicing the chicken breast into thin, bite-sized strips.

Trim the ends of the broccolini and chop the stalks into 1-inch pieces.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chilli flakes until well combined. Set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the chopped broccolini to the pan with the chicken. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until the broccolini is tender-crisp.

Add the pre-cooked thin egg noodles to the pan. Pour the prepared stir-fry sauce evenly over the noodles, chicken, and broccolini.

Toss all the ingredients vigorously to ensure the noodles and vegetables are well coated with the sauce and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the completed stir-fry to serving dishes. Garnish generously with sesame seeds before serving.
