Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, smoked paprika, chipotle powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Whisk well to create your spice rub.

Place the patted-dry cod fillets on one of the prepared baking sheets. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then sprinkle generously with the spice rub, ensuring all sides are coated. Squeeze the juice from half of the lime over the cod.

In a large bowl, toss the trimmed broccolini with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and the optional red pepper flakes. Spread the broccolini in a single layer on the second prepared baking sheet.

Place both baking sheets in the preheated oven. Roast the broccolini for 10 minutes. Then, add the cod to the oven and continue to roast both for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cod is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, and the broccolini is tender-crisp with slightly charred edges.

Carefully remove both baking sheets from the oven. Garnish the cod and broccolini with fresh chopped cilantro. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.
