Empty the contents of the Jell-O vanilla instant pudding box into a large mixing bowl. Add the milk to the pudding powder. Whisk the mixture thoroughly until well combined and smooth. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the pudding to begin setting up.

Carefully pour the melted chocolate frosting over the top layer of the dessert, spreading it to cover the entire surface evenly.

Place the assembled "Panty Claire Cake" into the refrigerator for several hours (at least 4 hours) to allow it to set completely and chill thoroughly.
