In a medium-sized bowl, combine the 60 mL of melted butter and 80 gm of castor or powdered sugar. Mix well with a whisk until thoroughly combined and smooth.

Add the 40 mL of milk to the butter and sugar mixture. Mix until fully incorporated.

To the wet mixture, add the dry ingredients: 100 gm of all-purpose flour, 20 gm of cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda. Mix using a spatula or your hands until a cohesive dough forms. Be careful not to overmix.

Divide the prepared dough into 15 mini portions, aiming for roughly equal sizes.

Take each mini dough ball and gently flatten it slightly. Place 2-3 pieces of chocolate (or desired amount) in the center, then carefully wrap the dough around the chocolate, sealing it to form a small, stuffed dough ball.

Take three steel katori (small, round, individual steel bowls). Place 5 of the stuffed dough balls into each katori, arranging them evenly.

Optionally, top and garnish the dough balls in each katori with chocolate chips or any other desired toppings.

Place the katori with the dough balls into the freezer for 10 minutes. This helps the cookies hold their shape during baking.

Preheat your OTG (Oven Toaster Griller) to 165 degrees Celsius. This will take approximately 6-7 minutes.

Once preheated, transfer the katori from the freezer to the preheated OTG. Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until the edges are set and the cookies are lightly golden.

Alternatively, if using an Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 160 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.
