Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C). Lightly grease a standard 6-cup muffin tin or silicone egg bite molds.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined and slightly frothy.

Stir in the finely chopped broccoli florets and shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture.

Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin cups or silicone molds, filling each about two-thirds full.

Carefully place the muffin tin or molds into the preheated air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. The tops should be lightly golden.

Let the egg bites cool in the tin for a few minutes before carefully removing them. Serve warm.
