Prepare the Guzz Sauce: In a food processor, combine the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), white miso paste, nutritional yeast, peeled garlic cloves, white wine vinegar, egg yolk, dried Italian seasoning, and freshly ground black pepper. Blend until smooth.

With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil until the dressing is emulsified and creamy. Set aside.

Preheat your air fryer to 385°F. Season the salmon fillets generously with the reddish-orange spice blend.

Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

While the salmon is cooking, place the chopped romaine lettuce into a large mixing bowl. Pour the prepared Guzz Sauce over the lettuce.

Using a spatula or tongs, thoroughly toss the lettuce with the dressing until all the leaves are well coated.

Once the salmon is cooked, carefully remove it from the air fryer and place it on top of the dressed salad.

Garnish the salad with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
