Slice the 6 bananas into small chunks. For ease, you can cut the banana while still in its peel, then peel and slice.

In a large bowl, combine the 3 cups of whole milk with the contents of the 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix. Whisk until well combined and smooth.

Add the 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk to the pudding mixture and mix thoroughly until fully incorporated.

Gently fold in the 8 ounce container of Cool Whip into the pudding mixture until no streaks remain.

In a large serving bowl, create the first layer. Arrange a portion of the vanilla wafers on the bottom, followed by some of the sliced bananas. Spoon a layer of the prepared pudding mixture over the wafers and bananas, spreading it evenly.

Repeat the layering process. Add another portion of vanilla wafers, more sliced bananas, and then another layer of the pudding mixture, spreading it out smoothly.

Garnish the pudding by placing any remaining whole vanilla wafers around the side of the bowl for an attractive presentation. If desired, add any remaining Cool Whip on top of the pudding mixture, spreading it evenly. Finally, crush a few vanilla wafers and sprinkle them on top for decoration.

Serve immediately, or for best results, place the banana pudding in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
