Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the puff pastry sheet onto the prepared baking sheet. Place the wheel of brie cheese in the center of the puff pastry.

Spoon the fig jam generously over the top of the brie cheese, spreading it evenly.

Carefully fold the corners of the puff pastry up and over the brie, encasing the cheese and jam. Pinch the edges together to seal completely.

In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water to create an egg wash. Brush the entire surface of the folded puff pastry with the egg wash.

Sprinkle the 1/4 cup of chopped pecans and 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary over the top of the pastry.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and flaky.

Once baked, carefully remove from the oven. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Drizzle generously with honey. Garnish with the additional fresh rosemary sprig and chopped pecans.

Serve warm with accompaniments such as multi-grain crackers, fresh grapes, and orange slices.
