Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 2 minutes, or according to package directions for al dente. Strain the cooked noodles thoroughly and set them aside.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon of minced ginger. Stir-fry these aromatics for 1-2 minutes until they become fragrant.

Add 1 teaspoon of Doubanjiang and 100 grams of ground pork to the pan. Break up the pork with a spoon and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of chicken powder. Mix thoroughly to combine with the pork. Pour in 200 ml of water and bring the sauce to a gentle simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

In a separate small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of milk and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Whisk or stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

To assemble each bowl, place 100 grams of cooked rice into a serving bowl. Arrange a portion of the cooked ramen noodles on top of the rice.

Pour a generous amount of the prepared meat sauce over the noodles and rice. Spoon a portion of the peanut butter and milk mixture on top of the meat sauce.

Garnish each bowl with chopped green onion. Carefully place one egg yolk in the center of each bowl. Sprinkle with chili flakes and finish with a drizzle of chili oil, to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
