300 Cal Rice Krispy Treat Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients
For the Ice Cream Base
- 225 g Fairlife fat free milk
- 225 g unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3 g super strength marshmallow extract
- 2 g butter extract
- 45 g vanilla whey/casein blend protein powder
- 8 g sugar free/fat free cheesecake pudding mix
- 5 g zero calorie sweetener, of your choice
- 1 pinch sea salt
For the Mix-ins
- 10 g frozen mini marshmallows
- 8 g Rice Krispies cereal
For the Toppings (Optional)
- 5 g mini marshmallow bites
- 1/2 Rice Krispy Treat, chopped into pieces
Instructions

Add all the ice cream base ingredients into a Ninja Creami pint: Fairlife fat free milk, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, super strength marshmallow extract, butter extract, vanilla whey/casein blend protein powder, sugar free/fat free cheesecake pudding mix, zero calorie sweetener of your choice, and a pinch of sea salt.

Use a hand milk frother to mix all the ingredients in the pint until smooth and well combined.

Place the pint in the freezer and freeze until solid, preferably overnight (about 12 hours).

Once the mixture is frozen solid, place the pint into the Creami holster and then into the Ninja Creami machine. Select and run the "Ice Cream" function.
