In a medium saucepan, pour in the sweetened condensed milk. Add the entire packet of strawberry-flavored instant gelatin powder directly into the condensed milk.

Pour in the 2 cups of milk. Whisk the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture achieves a uniform pink color.

Place the saucepan over high heat. Continuously whisk the mixture for 10 minutes while it cooks. The mixture will heat up and show small bubbles around the edges.

While the mixture is cooking, prepare your mold. An empty, clean heavy whipping cream carton (or a similar rectangular container) works well. Ensure the top opening is accessible for pouring.

Using a funnel, carefully pour the hot pink gelatin mixture into the prepared carton or mold. Once filled, gently close the carton (if possible) or cover the mold.

Place the filled mold in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, or until the gelatin is completely set and firm.

After chilling, carefully tear open the carton or unmold the gelatin onto a serving plate. You should have a solidified rectangular pink gelatin block.

Dust the top of the gelatin block generously with cocoa powder. Slice the block into desired portions and serve. Enjoy this rich, smooth, and creamy dessert.
