Brew 8 shots of espresso using your preferred method (espresso machine, Moka pot, or strong drip coffee). Allow the espresso to cool slightly for a few minutes to prevent melting the ice too quickly.

Divide the vanilla syrup evenly among four 16-ounce glasses, adding 1 tablespoon to the bottom of each glass.

Fill each glass generously with ice, about 3/4 full, or as much as desired.

Pour approximately 3/4 to 1 cup of your preferred cold milk into each glass, over the ice and vanilla syrup.

Carefully pour 2 shots of the cooled espresso into each glass. You can pour it slowly over the back of a spoon to create a beautiful layered effect if desired.

Stir gently to combine all the ingredients. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding a bit more vanilla syrup. Serve immediately and enjoy!
