Preheat your oven to 160°C (325°F) if baking, or prepare your air fryer. Grease and lightly flour a ramekin, ensuring the bottom is adequately greased.

Melt the dark chocolate using a microwave or a double boiler.

In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate, egg, chocolate protein, cocoa powder, 0% Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt. If using, add the optional ground coffee and honey.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly until a smooth batter forms. Adjust the amount of milk as needed to achieve a consistency similar to a thick pancake batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared ramekin.

Air fry at 160°C for 10-12 minutes, or bake in the preheated oven for 14 minutes. The center should still be slightly gooey.

Carefully remove the ramekin and let the lava cake cool for at least 5 minutes in a cool place (not in the oven).

Once cooled, slide a small knife around the edge of the pudding to loosen it, then carefully invert it onto a plate. If it doesn't hold its shape perfectly, it will still taste delicious; simply note to bake it for a minute or two longer next time.
