Place the 2 pounds of lean ground beef into a large mixing bowl.

Add the 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1/2 small diced red onion, 1 cup of chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of coriander, 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 2 teaspoons of salt, and pepper to taste into the bowl with the ground beef.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly by hand until well combined and uniform. Ensure the spices are evenly distributed throughout the meat.

Take portions of the beef mixture and form them evenly onto skewers. Aim for a consistent thickness to ensure even cooking.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the formed kebabs directly onto the grill grates.

Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking and a nice char on all sides. The internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C).

Serve the cooked kebabs immediately with warm Greek style pita bread, a generous dollop of store-bought tzatziki, a sprinkle of chopped cucumber, the prepared red onions (previously soaked in lemon juice), crumbled feta, and a garnish of fresh chopped mint.
