Brown 30g of unsalted butter in a small pan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the butter turns amber and smells nutty. This process usually takes about 3-5 minutes. The browned butter adds a nutty flavor to the cookie.

Pour the browned butter into a small mixing bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar to the butter. Mix with a mini whisk until well combined and the sugars are mostly dissolved.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon of milk, a pinch of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture. Mix the wet ingredients thoroughly until fully incorporated.

Add 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour to the wet mixture and mix until a dough forms. Be careful not to overmix.

Fold in 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips into the dough using a spatula or spoon.

Transfer the cookie dough to a small, parchment-lined air fryer basket. Shape it into a round cookie.

Place a few extra chocolate chips on top of the dough for decoration, gently pressing them in.

Air fry the cookie at 180°C for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.

Once cooked, carefully remove the cookie from the air fryer basket. Let it cool for a few minutes before handling.

Garnish with sliced strawberries before serving.
