Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a blender, add the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, melted unsalted butter, granulated sugar, 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, and whole milk.

Blend these ingredients for approximately 3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Add the all-purpose flour to the blender.

Blend again, but only briefly, just enough to incorporate the flour into the mixture without overmixing, about 30 seconds.

Thoroughly grease a bundt pan (or a similar round cake pan with a central tube) with margarine. Then, dust the greased pan generously with unsweetened cocoa powder, tapping out any excess. This prevents sticking and adds flavor.

Pour the prepared chocolate batter into the greased and dusted pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the lighter top layer of the cake comes out with moist crumbs. The bottom layer will remain dense and pudding-like.

Once baked, allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15 to 20 minutes before carefully inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely. Serve in slices.
