Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the shrimp: Using kitchen shears, cut along the back of each tiger shrimp to butterfly it. Then, use a knife to further open the butterflied shrimp. Remove the shell and devein the shrimp. You may keep the heads on for presentation or remove them if preferred.

Clean the prepared shrimp by rinsing them with water and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

Prepare the baking dishes: Divide the shrimp stock evenly among four individual foil baking dishes (about 1/4 cup per dish). Place two lemon slices in each dish. Arrange four butterflied tiger shrimp in each dish, splayed open.

Prepare the seasoning paste: In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, chopped fresh parsley, Gourmet Garden Zesty Lemon Paste (or minced garlic and lemon zest), and the entire contents of both packets of Brass Cuisine Swamp Sauce Seasoning Mix. Mix all ingredients together until a smooth paste is formed.

Generously brush the seasoning paste all over the butterflied tiger shrimp in each baking dish, ensuring they are well coated.

Place the baking dishes in the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 15 to 17 minutes, or until the shrimp are fully cooked and opaque.

While the shrimp are baking, cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.

Once baked, carefully remove the shrimp from the oven. Divide the cooked spaghetti among four plates. Pour the flavorful drippings from the bottom of each baking pan over the spaghetti. Place the baked tiger shrimp on top of the noodles. Garnish with additional fresh chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
