In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, finely diced red onion, finely diced bell pepper, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped fresh cilantro, and chopped green chilies.

Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the mixture.

Season the mixture with 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala, salt to taste, and black pepper to taste.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of flour with 2 tablespoons of water to create a thick paste. This will be used to seal the samosa wrappers.

Take one spring roll wrapper. Fold the wrapper into a triangular pocket shape, ensuring it creates a space to hold the filling.

Spoon a portion of the tuna mixture into the triangular pocket.

Apply the flour paste along the edges of the wrapper and fold it completely to seal the samosa, maintaining the triangular shape. Repeat this process with the remaining spring roll wrappers and tuna filling until all samosas are assembled.

Preheat an air fryer to 180°C.

Place the assembled samosas in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Spray the samosas generously with cooking spray to help them crisp up and achieve a golden-brown color.

Air fry at 180°C for 10-12 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, flip the samosas to ensure even cooking and crispiness on all sides.

Once golden brown and crispy, carefully remove the samosas from the air fryer. Serve the tuna samosas hot as a low-calorie, high-protein snack.
