Ensure all solid ingredients are preferably organic. Prepare them by slicing the lemons and orange, chopping the red onion, peeling the garlic cloves, chopping the ginger and turmeric, slicing the jalapeños, and halving the cranberries.

Layer all the prepared solid ingredients into a large glass Mason jar. Fill the jar with the ingredients, ensuring a good mix of everything.

Pour apple cider vinegar (with the mother) over the layered ingredients until they are completely submerged and the jar is full.

Place a piece of parchment paper or wax paper between the jar and the metal lid to prevent corrosion from the vinegar. Seal the jar tightly.

Allow the mixture to infuse for a minimum of four weeks. For optimal results, infuse for up to a year.

During the infusion period, shake the jar occasionally and "burp" it by briefly opening the lid to release any built-up gases.

After the desired infusion time, strain the liquid from the solid ingredients into a clean container using a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth.

Add honey to the strained Fire Cider to taste, stirring until fully dissolved.

The finished Fire Cider can then be stored in clean bottles for consumption. Store in a cool, dark place.
