Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Do not brown the garlic.

Pour in the Trader Joe's Organic Marinara Sauce and add the turkey meatballs. Stir gently to coat the meatballs in the sauce. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the meatballs are heated through.

While the meatballs are simmering, slice the hoagie rolls lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.

Once the meatballs are hot, carefully spoon 4-5 meatballs and some sauce into each hoagie roll. Top generously with Trader Joe's shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the rolls are lightly toasted.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped basil. Serve immediately.
