Preheat your oven to 190 degrees Celsius. If desired, wash the rice thoroughly.

In a rectangular baking dish, combine the rice, chopped broccoli, cherry tomatoes, diced chicken breast, green pesto, and chicken stock. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in the baking dish until everything is well combined and evenly distributed.

Evenly sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the mixture. Then, dollop spoonfuls of the Philadelphia light cream cheese over the top.

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.

Place the covered baking dish into the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes, carefully remove the aluminum foil from the baking dish. Return the uncovered dish to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the cheese to crisp up.

Once baked, remove the dish from the oven. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Divide the bake into four equal portions.
