Preheat your oven to 350°F. Place the 4 raw steaks on a cutting board.

Generously season one side of each steak with Kinder's Premium Seasoning - Prime Steak with Black Garlic & Truffle, then generously season the same side with Kinder's Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning.

Flip the steaks over and repeat the seasoning process on the second side of each steak with both Kinder's Premium Seasoning and Kinder's Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning. Press the seasoning into the steaks with your hand to ensure it adheres.

Heat the oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat until shimmering. Carefully place the seasoned steaks into the hot pan and sear on both sides until a deep brown crust forms, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove the seared steaks from the pan and transfer them into a glass baking dish.

To the same pan used for searing, add the butter. Once melted, add the sliced white onions and sauté until they begin to soften and caramelize slightly, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan with the onions and continue to sauté until tender, about 3-5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic to the onion and mushroom mixture and stir to combine, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.

Sprinkle the all-purpose flour over the sautéed onions, mushrooms, and garlic. Stir well to incorporate the flour and cook for about 1 minute, creating a roux-like base.

Gradually pour the beef broth into the pan, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon or spatula, to create a smooth gravy. Bring to a simmer.

Squeeze the Gourmet Garden Garlic & Herb Paste into the simmering gravy and sprinkle in the dried herbs or spice blend. Stir thoroughly to combine.

Pour the prepared gravy, along with the onions and mushrooms, over the seared steaks in the glass baking dish, ensuring the steaks are well-covered.

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Once baked, carefully remove the dish from the oven. Take one steak out of the gravy and slice it on a cutting board. Serve the sliced steak on a plate, spooning additional gravy from the baking dish over it. This dish pairs wonderfully with mashed potatoes and green beans.
