Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.

Place the softened butter in a large mixing bowl.

Add the sweetened condensed milk to the bowl with the butter.

Beat the mixture with an electric mixer until it is well combined.

Add the plain flour and baking powder to the bowl.

Mix until the ingredients are just combined.

Add the choc chips to the mixture.

Mix again until the choc chips are just combined into the dough.

Roll tablespoons of the mixture into small balls.

Place the balls onto the prepared baking trays, ensuring they are 5cm apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are lightly golden.

Allow the biscuits to cool on the baking trays for 5 minutes.

Transfer the cooled biscuits to a wire rack to cool completely.
