Add 500g of all-purpose flour into a large mixing bowl.

Add 3g of salt to the flour in the bowl.

Mix the flour and salt thoroughly using a spatula or chopsticks until well combined.

Gradually pour 150ml of water into the flour mixture while continuously mixing with chopsticks or a spatula. Continue mixing until the dough becomes crumbly.

Begin kneading the dough by hand directly in the bowl. Continue kneading until the dough starts to come together into a rough ball.

Transfer the dough to a clean, lightly floured work surface. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. After resting, the dough will be softer and more pliable.

Divide the rested dough into two equal portions.

Lightly flour the work surface again. Take one portion of dough and roll it out using a rolling pin until it is very thin, almost translucent.

Lightly dust the entire surface of the rolled-out dough with flour to prevent sticking.

Fold the thin dough sheet several times into a compact rectangular shape.

Using a sharp knife, carefully slice the folded dough into thin strips to form the noodles.

Unfold and gently separate the freshly cut noodles.

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.

Add the fresh noodles to the boiling water.

Cook the noodles for 1-2 minutes, or until they float to the surface and are cooked al dente.

Drain the cooked noodles.

Serve the homemade noodles immediately, optionally adding them to your favorite sauce or broth.
