Take 200g of paneer and slice it into uniform sticks.

In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons cornflour, 2 tablespoons maida (all-purpose flour), 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Gradually add water and mix until a thick, smooth batter is formed.

Dip each paneer stick into the prepared batter, ensuring it's fully coated. Then, transfer the battered paneer stick to a plate of breadcrumbs and roll it until completely covered.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the coated paneer sticks into the oil. Fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides. Remove the fried paneer sticks from the oil and set aside.

In a separate pan, add 1 tablespoon oil. Once hot, add 1 teaspoon chopped garlic and 1 teaspoon chopped ginger. Sauté for a short period until fragrant.

Add 1 tablespoon gochujang, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil, 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes, and 1/4 cup water to the pan. Mix all ingredients well and cook the sauce until it thickens slightly.

Add the previously fried crispy paneer sticks to the thickened Korean sauce. Toss well to ensure all the paneer sticks are evenly coated with the sauce.

Transfer the Korean Paneer Sticks to a serving plate. Garnish generously with white sesame seeds and chopped spring onion before serving hot.
