Pour the honey into a small saucepan.

Add the chili flakes, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper to the honey in the saucepan.

Bring the honey mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Let the hot honey simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

(Optional) For a smoother hot honey, carefully strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the chili flakes and other spice solids. Pour the hot honey into a bottle or desired container and set aside to cool.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, buttermilk, and sour cream.

Add the dried parsley, dried dill, dried chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the mayonnaise mixture.

Whisk all the ranch ingredients together until the mixture is well combined and smooth.

Cover the ranch dressing and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Once the ranch is chilled, take your desired amount of ranch dressing and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of the prepared hot honey. Stir well to combine. Taste and adjust the amount of hot honey to your preference.
