Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.

In a large pan or skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of minced fresh garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt. Mix well to combine.

Add the 1 pound of fully cooked crab to the pan. Toss the crab in the seasoning mixture until warmed through and coated, about 3-5 minutes. Do not overcook. Remove the crab from the pan and set aside on a plate.

Using the same pan (with residual garlic and seasoning), add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Melt the butter over medium heat.

Add 2 tablespoons of minced fresh garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Pour in 1 1/2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of granulated sugar, and 1/2 tablespoon of MSG. Add 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper. Stir the sauce mixture until well combined and simmering lightly.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the sauce. Use tongs to toss the noodles thoroughly, ensuring they are fully coated in the sauce. Continue tossing for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the noodles, then add a generous amount of chopped green onions. Toss again to incorporate the cheese and green onions.

Serve the garlic noodles immediately, topped with the prepared crab legs. Garnish with additional chopped green onions, if desired.
