Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.

Carefully cut each ear of corn lengthwise into 4 'ribs'. To do this safely, stand the corn on its end, then slice down through the center. Lay the halves flat and slice each half again to create four pieces per ear.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, bbq seasoning, garlic powder, chipotle powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and a generous amount of freshly ground black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

Place the corn ribs in a large bowl and brush them generously with the seasoned olive oil mixture, ensuring all sides are coated.

Arrange the seasoned corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are tender and slightly charred.

While the corn cooks, prepare the BBQ aioli sauce. In another small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, bbq sauce, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Mix well until smooth.

Once the corn ribs are cooked, remove them from the air fryer. Brush some of the prepared BBQ aioli sauce over the hot corn ribs. Reserve the remaining sauce for dipping.

Garnish the corn ribs with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped chives before serving. Enjoy immediately with the reserved dipping sauce.
