Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Mummy Bites: Take each mini sausage and wrap it with a strip of puff pastry, leaving a small portion exposed at one end for the 'face'. Place wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the mummy bites for 12-15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the sausages are heated through. Once baked, let them cool slightly. Attach two small candy eyes to the exposed 'face' part of each mummy bite.

Prepare the Ghost Cheese Balls: Take each mini mozzarella ball. Cut tiny pieces from the black olives and press them onto each cheese ball to form two small eyes, creating spooky ghosts.

Assemble the Creepy Cheese Face: Place the block of white cheese in the center of a large serving board or platter to form the base of the face. For the eyes, position two sliced black olives on the cheese. Drizzle pomegranate seeds around the olives to create a 'bloody' appearance.

Cut the small red pepper in half or quarters and place it below the eyes to form the mouth. Fill the cavity of the red pepper with small cauliflower florets to simulate a 'brain'. Add more pomegranate seeds around the pepper for a bloody effect. Insert blanched or slivered almonds along the edges of the red pepper mouth to create sharp, terrifying teeth. Arrange 3 rosemary sprigs above the cheese face to resemble hair.

Arrange the Board Elements: Artfully arrange the prepared mummy bites and ghost cheese balls around the central creepy cheese face. Create salami roses by folding salami slices and salami 'worms' by cutting salami into strips, then place them on the board.

Fill in the remaining spaces on the board with clusters of blue cheese crumbles, folded slices of prosciutto, walnuts, fresh figs, and additional pomegranate seeds. Garnish the entire board with extra sprigs of fresh rosemary for an aromatic and decorative touch.
