Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown the ground turkey over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until no pink remains, about 8-10 minutes.

While the turkey is browning, dice the onion and green bell pepper. Slice the turkey sausage into 1/4-inch rounds.

Once the ground turkey is fully browned, carefully drain any excess fat from the pan.

Add the diced onion and diced green bell pepper to the pan with the ground turkey. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.

Stir in the sliced turkey sausage, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld.

Pour in the two cans of Bush's vegetarian baked beans (undrained). Add the light brown sugar, yellow mustard, and BBQ sauce. Stir all ingredients together thoroughly until well combined.

Transfer the entire mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the beans are hot and bubbling, and the top is slightly caramelized. If desired, add a little extra BBQ sauce on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
