In a large bowl, combine the chicken breast, yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil. Add the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, cardamom, turmeric, cayenne pepper, ground cloves, and cinnamon.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until the chicken breast pieces are completely coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes. For best results, marinate overnight.

While the chicken is marinating, prepare the garlic sauce. In a blender, combine the mayonnaise, garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and water. Blend until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Thinly slice the red onion, tomato, and cucumber. Chop the fresh parsley. Set aside.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken to the hot pan. Cook the chicken until it is golden brown on all sides and fully cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and slice it into thin strips.

To assemble the shawarma, take a piece of pita bread. Spread a generous amount of the homemade garlic sauce evenly over the pita bread. Layer fresh lettuce on top of the sauce.

Add the sliced cooked chicken, then distribute the sliced red onion, sliced tomato, and sliced cucumber over the chicken. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley. Optionally, add a serving of fries inside the wrap.

Roll up the pita bread tightly to form a complete shawarma wrap. Serve immediately.
