Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the cold, cubed butter and mix until crumbly.
Gradually add the milk to the flour mixture and mix until a dough forms. Knead lightly and set aside.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into 4 equal rectangles.
Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on one half of each rectangle, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
Top each with mozzarella cheese, bell pepper, mushrooms, and olives. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges.
Place the pizza pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
