Place the lean ground beef into a cooking pan. Add the minced garlic, soy sauce, PB2 powder, G Hughes SF teriyaki marinade, and water to the pan with the beef.

Cook the mixture over medium-high heat, using a spatula or spoon to break up the ground beef, until it is fully browned and cooked through. Once cooked, drain any excess liquid from the beef mixture.

Stir in the chopped green onion and fresh cilantro until well combined.

In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, soy sauce, PB2 powder, and Sriracha. Optionally, add the chili crunch oil to the sauce mixture. Whisk all the sauce ingredients together until they are smooth and thoroughly combined.

Fill a shallow dish or bowl with warm water. Take one spring roll wrapper and submerge it in the warm water for a few seconds until it becomes soft and pliable.

Carefully lay the softened wrapper flat on a clean work surface. Place a butter lettuce leaf near the bottom edge of the wrapper.

Spoon a generous portion of the prepared teriyaki beef filling onto the lettuce. Arrange several slices of mini cucumber on top of the beef mixture.

Fold the bottom edge of the spring roll wrapper tightly over the filling. Then, fold in the left and right sides of the wrapper towards the center. Continue to roll the wrapper tightly from the bottom upwards until a complete summer roll is formed.

Repeat this assembly process for the remaining 3 spring roll wrappers and the rest of the filling.

Serve the freshly assembled Teriyaki Beef Summer Rolls immediately with the prepared dipping sauce on the side.
