Preheat your oven to 180Β°C (fan). Place the Boursin cheese in the middle of a baking tray or ovenproof dish. Arrange the cherry tomatoes and chopped courgettes around the cheese.

Season the vegetables and cheese generously with chilli flakes, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Lightly spray everything with olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the tomatoes have softened and burst, and the courgettes are tender.

While the vegetables and cheese are baking, cook the orzo according to the package instructions. Drain well once cooked.

Carefully remove the baking tray from the oven. Stir everything together vigorously until the melted Boursin cheese combines with the juices from the vegetables to create a creamy sauce.

Add the cooked orzo, fresh basil, and cooked rotisserie chicken to the tray. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated in the creamy sauce.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the orzo bake. Return the tray to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the Parmesan has melted and is slightly golden.
