Place the two chicken breasts in a medium-sized bowl. Add the peri peri seasoning, garlic granules, dried parsley, onion granules, paprika, salt, lemon juice, and low-fat mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly with your hands or a spoon to ensure the chicken breasts are completely coated with the marinade.

Line an air fryer tray or basket with parchment paper. Place the marinated chicken breasts on the lined tray, ensuring they are not overlapping. Lightly spray the chicken breasts with cooking oil spray.

Place the tray in the air fryer. Air fry at 356°F for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, carefully remove the tray from the air fryer. Flip the chicken breasts to the other side. Spray them again lightly with cooking oil spray. Return the tray to the air fryer and continue air frying for another 6 to 7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

While the chicken is air frying, prepare the finishing sauce. In a small bowl, combine the 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of peri peri sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon of dried parsley. Mix well until smooth and thoroughly combined.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the air fryer. Using a pastry brush, generously apply the prepared mayonnaise-peri peri sauce mixture over the hot chicken breasts.

Slice the chicken breasts into desired portions and serve immediately.
