In a medium bowl, combine 60g flour, 60g brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Add 45g of cold, cubed butter. Use a pastry cutter or a fork to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture forms a coarse, crumbly texture. Set aside.

Add 2 ripe bananas, 2 eggs, 165g brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 120g neutral oil, and 60g sour cream into a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 190g (1 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Whisk these dry ingredients together thoroughly.

Pour the blended wet ingredients from the blender into the bowl with the whisked dry ingredients. Gently mix the batter until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can lead to tough muffins.

Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Scoop the muffin batter into each liner, filling them almost to the top.

Generously sprinkle the prepared streusel crunch topping over the top of each muffin.

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Bake the muffins for 24-25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once baked, remove the muffins from the oven. While still warm, drizzle sweetened condensed milk over each muffin. Finish by sprinkling cinnamon sugar on top.
