Place the sliced kielbasa and frozen meatballs into a 4-quart (or larger) slow cooker.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
