Combine the Blue Diamond Sweetened Almondmilk, frozen raspberries, and maple syrup in a high-speed blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and no raspberry chunks remain.

Add the chia seeds and vanilla protein powder to the blender with the raspberry mixture. Blend again on high speed for 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture begins to thicken and achieve a pudding-like consistency. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure everything is well combined.

Divide the blended chia pudding evenly into four individual jars or small containers. Cover each jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the chia seeds to fully expand and the pudding to set.

Before serving, top each jar of chia pudding with a dollop of yogurt and a handful of fresh raspberries. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
