Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan, or line with parchment paper.

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the butter turns a golden brown color and smells nutty. Be careful not to burn it. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, honey, browned butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt. Whisk until well combined.

Add the all-purpose flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix gently with a spatula or wooden spoon until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. If the top starts to brown too quickly, you can loosely tent it with aluminum foil.

Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
