Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place the ground beef into a large pan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Break up the meat with a spoon and season generously with salt, black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Brown the ground beef thoroughly, stirring occasionally, until no pink remains.

Once the beef is browned, drain off any excess grease from the pan.
Add the can of condensed French onion soup with beef stock to the browned beef. Fill the empty soup can with water and add it to the pan. Stir well.

Stir in the dried chopped onions and Knorr beef flavor bouillon. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and let it cook for 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

While the sloppy joe mixture simmers, prepare the cornstarch slurry: In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water until smooth.

Pour the cornstarch slurry into the simmering sloppy joe mixture, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency. Remove from heat.

Slice each package of King's Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms intact. Place the bottom halves of the rolls into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Spread the sloppy joe filling evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls. Arrange a generous layer of provolone cheese slices over the sloppy joe filling.

Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, and dried basil. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the sliders.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tops of the rolls are golden brown. Serve immediately.
