Brew the coffee using a Moka pot. Fill the bottom chamber with water and the filter basket with coffee grounds. Assemble the Moka pot and place it on the stovetop over medium heat until the coffee brews into the top chamber.

While the coffee brews, pour the milk into a metal pitcher. Heat the milk gently on the stovetop or in the microwave until warm, then froth it using a milk frother until light and airy.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer until it forms stiff peaks. Set aside.

Once the coffee is brewed, pour it into four white mugs, dividing evenly. Stir each mug of coffee with a small stirring stick or frother.

Carefully pour the frothed milk over the coffee in each mug.

Add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top of the frothed milk in each mug.

Using a fine grater, grate chocolate from the chocolate bar directly over the whipped cream on each coffee. Finish with a sprinkle of chocolate sprinkles and a drizzle of caramel, if desired.
