Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the 300 grams of ground beef to the hot oil. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.

Add the 3 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Toss in the 3 cups of shredded cabbage and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is slightly softened but still crisp.

Stir in the 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce (if using), 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.

Mix all ingredients well in the pan to ensure the sauces and spices are evenly distributed. Continue to cook for another 1–2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve the Savory Beef & Cabbage Stir-Fry hot on its own or with a side of steamed rice.
