Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Place the peeled banana into a mixing bowl.

Mash the banana thoroughly with a fork until it is smooth.

Crack the 2 eggs into the bowl with the mashed banana.

Add the 150 grams of yogurt to the bowl.

Pour the 100 ml of oat milk into the bowl.

Measure 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup (or honey) and add it to the mixture.

Sprinkle a desired amount of ground cinnamon into the bowl.

Mix all the wet ingredients and mashed banana thoroughly with a wooden spoon until well combined.

Add the 80 grams of oats to the mixture.

Stir the oats into the wet mixture until everything is fully incorporated.

Prepare a loaf pan by lining it with baking paper.

Pour the oat mixture into the lined loaf pan.

Distribute raspberries evenly over the top of the mixture.

Sprinkle pumpkin seeds (or chocolate chips) over the raspberries and mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes.

Once baked, carefully remove the baked oats from the oven and transfer them to a plate.

Cut the baked oats into desired portions.

Serve and enjoy, optionally topped with Greek yogurt, honey, and a drizzle of nut butter.
