In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown the ground meat over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.

Sprinkle the all-purpose flour over the browned ground meat and mix well, ensuring the flour is evenly distributed and coats the meat.

Add the diced green, red, and orange bell peppers, along with the diced white onion, to the pan with the ground meat. Stir to combine and cook for 3-5 minutes, allowing the vegetables to soften slightly.

Stir in the Slap Ya Mama seasoning, black pepper, onion powder, garlic and herbs seasoning, paprika, and dried thyme leaves. Add the minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything thoroughly.

Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the pan, and let the mixture cook and simmer for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Add the 2 bay leaves to the simmering meat and vegetable mixture. Stir gently.

Add the cooked spaghetti directly into the pan with the meat and vegetable mixture. Toss everything together until the spaghetti is well coated.

Cover the pan and let the "Dirty Spaghetti" simmer for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the spaghetti to absorb some of the delicious flavors.

Remove the bay leaves before serving. Garnish with dried parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
