Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, soy sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha, honey, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands until all ingredients are well combined.

Spread approximately 1/2 cup of marinara sauce evenly on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Arrange a single layer of wonton wrappers over the marinara sauce, overlapping slightly if necessary, to cover the entire surface.

Evenly spread about one-third of the prepared pork mixture over the wonton wrappers. Sprinkle about 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the pork layer.

Repeat the layering process: add another 1/2 cup of marinara sauce, followed by a layer of wonton wrappers, then another one-third of the pork mixture, and finally another 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Place a final layer of wonton wrappers over the mozzarella cheese. Evenly spread the ricotta cheese over these wonton wrappers.

Sprinkle another 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the ricotta layer. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top layer of mozzarella cheese and wonton wrappers.

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, carefully remove the aluminum foil. Continue baking uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Remove the lasagna from the oven. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
