Add the frozen mango chunks, peeled and roughly chopped fresh turmeric root, peeled and roughly chopped fresh ginger root, coconut water, lime juice, honey (or maple syrup), cayenne pepper, and freshly ground black pepper into a high-speed blender.
Secure the blender lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add an additional 1/4 cup of coconut water at a time until desired consistency is reached.
