Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the 2 boxes of rotini pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain the pasta and rinse thoroughly with cold water to cool it down and prevent sticking. Set aside.

While the pasta cooks, mince the 3 celery sticks, 1 red bell pepper, 1/2 red onion, and 1/2 cup of parsley. Set all minced vegetables aside in a large mixing bowl.

In a small bowl, combine the seafood seasonings: 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 2 teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning, and 4 teaspoons black pepper. Mix well.

Season the 4 salmon fillets generously with half of the prepared seafood seasoning blend. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned salmon fillets for 4-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky. Remove from the skillet, let cool slightly, then flake into bite-sized pieces into a separate bowl.

Season the 1 bag of colossal shrimp generously with the remaining half of the seafood seasoning blend. In the same skillet used for the salmon, cook the seasoned shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet, let cool slightly, then chop into smaller pieces. Add the chopped shrimp to the bowl with the flaked salmon.

Add the 1 jar of jumbo lump crab meat to the bowl with the cooked salmon and shrimp.

In a separate medium bowl, prepare the sauce. Combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 3 tablespoons sweet relish, 2 tablespoons garlic paste, and the juice of 1 lemon. Add 3 teaspoons each of Italian seasoning, paprika, white pepper, Old Bay seasoning, dried dill, adobo seasoning, red pepper flakes, and Kinders lemon butter garlic seasoning. Whisk all sauce ingredients together until thoroughly combined and smooth.

Add the cooled rotini pasta, flaked salmon, chopped shrimp, jumbo lump crab meat, minced celery, minced red bell pepper, minced red onion, and minced parsley to the large mixing bowl. Pour the prepared sauce over all the ingredients.

Gently fold all the ingredients together until the pasta, seafood, and vegetables are evenly coated with the sauce. Serve immediately or chill for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
