Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Take a large head of garlic and chop it in half horizontally. Place the garlic halves cut-side up in a small oven-safe dish. Drizzle olive oil over the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cover the dish tightly with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until very soft.

While the garlic roasts, prepare the chicken. Slice the chicken breast horizontally to create thinner cutlets. Season the chicken cutlets generously with your chosen seasoning.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Place the seasoned chicken cutlets into the hot pan and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan (do not clean it), pour in the heavy cream. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and softened cream cheese. Stir continuously over medium heat until the sauce is well combined and smooth.

Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce and stir to coat evenly. Keep warm over low heat.

Once the roasted garlic is done, carefully remove it from the oven. Squeeze the softened garlic cloves out of their skins directly into the pasta and sauce mixture. Stir well to incorporate the garlic throughout the pasta.

Slice the cooked chicken breast into strips. Add the chicken strips to the pasta and stir to combine.

Prepare the garlic bread. Spread softened butter evenly over each slice of garlic bread. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and then with grated Parmesan cheese.

Place the prepared garlic bread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven (you can do this while the final dish bakes, or before) until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Transfer the chicken Alfredo pasta into a large baking dish. Arrange the baked garlic bread slices on top of the pasta. Cover the garlic bread generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Place the baking dish back into the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the mozzarella cheese is melted and bubbly and lightly golden.

Garnish with additional fresh parsley before serving.
