Take half a package of spaghetti.

Break the spaghetti in half.

Boil the spaghetti in water until al dente. Reserve some of the cooking water.

In a pot, add the oil.

Add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion to the pot.

Add 2 cloves of minced garlic to the pot.

Sauté the onion and garlic until softened and fragrant.
Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste to the pot and mix it with the sautéed onion and garlic.

Take some of the spaghetti cooking water and add the powdered milk to it, mixing until dissolved.

Pour the milk and spaghetti water mixture into the pot with the sautéed ingredients.

Add 1 teaspoon of Maggi cube to the sauce.

Add a pinch of salt.

Add 1 teaspoon of hot sauce to the mixture.

Stir the sauce well to combine all ingredients.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pot with the sauce.

Mix the spaghetti well with the sauce.

Let the mixture simmer and thicken until it reaches the desired consistency.

Serve the Boldak Carbonara hot.
