Add the cold heavy cream to a blender.

Pour the entire can of sweetened condensed milk into the blender.

Break the King's Hawaiian sweet rolls into smaller chunks and add them directly to the blender.

Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder to the blender, if desired.

Blend the mixture for approximately 30 seconds, or until it achieves a really fluffy, thick, and creamy consistency.

Line a 9x9 inch pan with cling wrap, ensuring there is enough overhang to easily lift the kulfi out later. Alternatively, use individual kulfi molds.

Transfer the blended kulfi mixture into the prepared pan.

Spread the mixture out evenly in the pan.

Place the pan into the freezer and freeze until the kulfi is fully set. This will take at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.

Once the kulfi is set, carefully remove it from the pan by lifting the cling wrap.

Slice the kulfi into desired portions, such as squares or rectangles.
Garnish with chopped pistachios and chopped freeze-dried strawberries (or raspberries) before serving.

Serve immediately and enjoy this creamy South Asian treat!
